Exchanges and Returns

 
To request the exchange or return of the product, contact us via email (support@hamadastore.com) within 07 calendar days after delivery, informing the order number, the item you want to exchange and the reason of the request.
After the procedure, within 48 business hours, we will return with instructions on how to proceed. In order to accept the exchange of the product, the item must be sent in its original packaging and without signs of use. Otherwise we will not accept the return.
 
NOTE: If the request is not made within 07 days after receipt, the customer will lose the right to exchange or return.
In exchanges, we do not bear the round-trip freight.
Withdrawal of purchase must be requested within 24 hours after payment!
The product must comply with the policy for exchange or return following the questions below:
 
  • The product can not show any evidence of use.
  • Products must be returned with all original packaging.
  • The Customer must pack the product in such a way as to avoid damage.
  • No exchange will be made for products damaged or modified by the customer.
 
Address error:
Shipping address: Once the package has already entered the shipping process, it is no longer possible to change the address of the recipient, if the package returns to the sender and the customer is interested in a new shipment, the freight of the new package is on account of the customer, as we are not responsible for incorrect address data, since there has already been a shipping cost for it, even for customers who won free shipping, in case of an error in registering the address or returning the package to the recipient, the new Shipping is at the expense of the customer.
 
In cases of loss or any delivery problem related to our carrier, a new shipment will be requested and the delivery period will restart.
 

 

Refunds

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@hamadastore.com.

Sale Items

Only regular priced items can be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

 

Exchanges

 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at support@hamadastore.com, and we will generate a return label for the product with the address to be shipped to.

 

Shipping Returns

 

To return your product, you should mail your product to the address on the return label generated by us.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for the exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning high-value items, please notify us so that we can consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
