1- When do I receive the tracking code?

R: We ask for a period of 1 to 9 working days to send the tracking code! Don’t forget to check your junk mail and spam box. 😉

2- Do all orders have a tracking code?

R: Yes, all orders have a tracking code and you will receive it in your email. Customers can track their orders through our page: https://hamadastore.com/orders-tracking

3- My product arrived with a defect, can I exchange it?

R: We at Hamada Store value the quality and excellence of your product, so we ask that any defect be notified via email (within 7 days) so that we can exchange your product.

4- What are the paying ways?

R: Payment methods are: By PayPal and by debit and credit card.
