1. Product Shipment

The products available at Hamada Store are shipped directly from our warehouses (China, United States, Japan, etc.) to the address provided at the time of purchase. Delivery takes approximately 5 to 35 business days (on average after the product is shipped), depending on the location. The product will be shipped within 7 business days after payment confirmation in our system.

We provide a tracking code so that the customer can monitor the progress of their order delivery.

Note: In certain cases, the delivery time may be extended by a few additional business days due to delays, strikes, holidays, pandemics, high demand periods at shipping carriers, or other situations beyond our control.

Hamada Store guarantees the delivery of the order and takes responsibility for refunding the full amount paid for products that are lost or misplaced during the delivery process. All products are shipped with insurance against loss and come with free online tracking. The delivery of your product is 100% guaranteed.

 

1.2. Insured Shipment

 

“If the product is delayed and not delivered within 90 business days after shipment, the paid amount will be 100% refunded.”

Note: You may receive more than one package as your products may come from different suppliers. So, if you receive one product first and another later, please rest assured that this is completely normal.

 

1.3. Order Tracking

 

The products will be shipped by carriers, and there will always be a Tracking Code that allows the customer to monitor the delivery progress. Hamada Store is committed to providing instructions to customers on how to track their products. The tracking access code will be sent to your email as soon as it becomes available to Hamada Store.

The tracking code will be provided 1 to 9 business days after the confirmed payment.

The tracking code may take 5 to 10 business days to start showing shipping information from the date the code was provided.

 

2. General Conditions (Attention)

 

2.1. Care with Order Addressing

 

Hamada Store will ship the products to the address requested by the customer. Therefore, to ensure smooth delivery of your order, please pay attention when filling out the address where you want to receive your order.

 

2.2. Recipient Absence

 

Make sure that someone will be available at the address to receive your products. The carriers make three delivery attempts. If there is no one available at the address to receive the package after all attempts, the package will be taken to the nearest carrier agency to the address. In this case, the recipient will need to retrieve the package from the carrier agency within 7 calendar days. If the recipient fails to pick up the package, according to the carriers’ policy, the package will be returned to the sender, and a new shipping fee will be required for the re-shipment of the product.

All details regarding delivery attempts, as well as the address of the carrier agency where the recipient should retrieve the package in case of absence, are recorded in the order tracking, which can be followed on our tracking page or on the carriers’ website using the tracking code provided by the store.

 

2.3. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

 

Hamada Store is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer when placing an order. If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, according to the carriers’ policy, the package will be returned to the sender, and no further delivery attempts will be made to that address.

In the event that delivery cannot be completed due to a discrepancy in the address provided by the customer, the customer is not entitled to a refund.

 

2.4. Fees and extra costs

 

IMPORTANT: We are not responsible for customs taxes and fees on products. If applicable, it is the customer’s responsibility to cover the costs related to customs. By making a purchase on our website, the customer agrees to the conditions and rules determined by Hamada Store.

 

3. Safe Delivery

 

We guarantee delivery throughout world! For your convenience, our products are delivered via MAIL SERVICE COMPANY in each country in world and as soon as the postage is completed, the tracking link to track the delivery is sent to the registered e-mail.
